Each seminar is tailored to meet the general needs of the teachers as a large group, with possible small-group or partner collaboration during parts of the session. Interactive segments and practical application will also be included.

My small-group training sessions are designed to provide focused, collaborative learning experiences for educators with a common professional context, such as shared grade levels, subject areas, or teaching challenges. By grouping teachers with similar roles or objectives, these sessions foster targeted discussions and practical skill-building that directly apply to their specific needs. Teachers will engage in interactive activities, exchange ideas with peers, and leave with actionable strategies that can be immediately implemented in their classrooms, all within a supportive and collegial environment. My individual coaching services may be officially requested through a school and/or privately requested for personal professional development on one's own time outside of work hours, depending on the needs. This includes personalized, one-on-one support tailored to meet each teacher where they are in their teaching journey and help them grow from there. This may include classroom observations and debriefs, providing constructive feedback, and ongoing mentoring to address specific goals and challenges. I will work alongside the individual teacher to develop their strategies that align with their strengths and areas for development, helping them grow in their teaching abilities and confidence.

My general educational consultations can include live one-on-one sessions or asynchronous work in which educators can request help with a task (e.g., providing feedback on curriculum documents, syllabi, etc.). Either way,  my consultations provide flexible, as-needed support for teachers seeking guidance on any particular immediate challenge they are encountering or simply seeking advice on current or future work they're working on. Teachers can request consultations on their own, or these requests can be made through their school/program.

The Reflection Round is a collaborative check-in session that can be scheduled either before or after a training. When held before training, it brings the entire staff together to reflect on current needs, identify key focus areas, and provide valuable insight that helps me tailor the upcoming session to better support your team. When scheduled after training (typically within 2–3 months), it gives teachers and leaders a space to reflect on progress, celebrate successes, share challenges, and collaboratively troubleshoot in a supportive, solutions-oriented environment. The Reflection Round fosters alignment, accountability, and shared ownership as your team continues building the school culture you envisioned together.
